Schedule move for existing customer
If you’re already a customer, please give us a couple of weeks notice to schedule the pickup. For new customers, we will aim to deliver gas for your new home on a scheduled date. Plan ahead, as it depends on if trucks are in the area on moving day. You may like to order before moving day, so we can deliver sooner.
Building a new house or installing a new gas appliance
If you’re building a new house, or having a gas appliance installed with fittings, please order the gas before your gas fitter installs the fittings.
It’s best not to assume the gas fitter has this in hand. With driver shortages, we cannot guarantee same day connection because the gas fitter will need gas to test them. If it is a new unoccupied house or the delivery driver is unsure, they will leave bottles disconnected.
